200-6554 Exhaust Bellows Assembly — 181.4mm OD

The 200-6554 exhaust bellows assembly is a flexible expansion joint installed in the exhaust manifold, connecting the exhaust gas pipes to the series turbocharger. Its 181.4mm outer diameter matches the standard manifold bore on G3520C, G3516C, G3516E, G3512E and G3520E gas engine generator sets, and it bolts directly onto the existing flange faces without modification.

In continuous-duty generator set operation, the exhaust system expands and contracts every time the engine moves between cold start, full load and shutdown. That thermal cycling, combined with engine vibration, is what destroys rigid joints — flanges distort, welds crack, and eventually hot exhaust gas escapes into the compartment. The bellows absorbs both movements: the corrugated stainless steel core flexes axially and laterally, while the reinforced end fittings hold the flange faces square against the mating surfaces. The result is a sealed exhaust path that keeps manifold and turbocharger joints under design load instead of thermal fatigue.
